Our Services

At Unique Dwellings Care we have always aimed to operate like a regulated provider based on Ofsted compliance. This has helped us to ensure that we stay one step ahead of the game with the new national framework and Ofsted's compulsory support and accommodation for 16-18 year old care leavers. Our staff and managers are trained to provide detailed reports and apply upgraded policies

Support & Accommodation (16 - 18 year olds )

Our core belief at New Dawn is that young people are the future, and their upbringing shapes who they become. We strive to empower young people through various activities that help them to embrace their identity and develop the skills they need for a bright future. These activities include life skills, emotional and physical wellbeing interventions, support for transitioning to suitable accommodations, access to education, training and work, and equipping young people to live independently

Floating Support (18 - 25 year olds )

Floating support is a service that can help young people to overcome a housing crisis and build their skills and confidence to take control of their lives and make their own decisions. We offer assistance with moving into new accommodation and setting up a tenancy, addressing any problems that may cause one to become homeless, learning new skills to live independently, ensuring that all benefits are received, discovering local activities to get involved in, finding work, and accessing physical and mental health services to encourage a healthy lifestyle

Emergency Placements

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we are here to help. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for young people to thrive in. We offer personalised care and support, as well as access to various resources to help them develop the skills they need to live independently. If you or someone you know needs emergency placement services, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
