Working with schools, children, their families and other professionals to ensure all children and young people can access education provision.

Promoting equality of opportunity for all children to enable access to appropriate educational entitlement.

Deliver through personal development, employability skills, vocational training and functional skills to young people who are not yet ready to enter Apprenticeships or employment.

Ensures the safety and wellbeing of young people by developing and implementing policies and procedures to prevent abuse, neglect, and harm.

Responsible for identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns and ensuring that staff are trained to recognise and work with stakeholders and joint partners to respond appropriately to safeguarding issues.

Encourage young people to live more independently, keeping them safe and encouraging positive behaviour.
